Creating the magic....

An Asian Fusion explosion! An amazing collaboration with international models; Rebecca Tun, and Vonny Lang at Big Shot Studio. I went to the shoot with a vision board of ideas, here is a selection of some of the images:

The vision for the following photograph was to be a flowy, elegant, fine art image with a unique and simplistic background to set it off. I have included a number of behind the scenes images taken to show elements used. The beautiful styling by Rebecca has a traditional oriental outfit, this needed to be creatively altered with both fabric on the day and followed up in post production to turn it into a dress.

The model needed removing from the existing background onto a plain black background, I then combined a few sections of the fabric to the new image, carefully blending and adjusting to create the desired length and shape. The image then needed that extra little magic, so added the circles and leaf pattern.

This was taken with my Canon 5D Mark IV, A set up of two studio lights and edited in Adobe Photoshop with the use of my Wacom.
